The Mid-South Barbecue Festival is a KCBS sanctioned, Tennessee State Championship BBQ competition in historic downtown Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. A family-friendly event, the Festival includes an old-fashioned street fair with entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, a Kid’s Zone, children’s costume contest, and plenty of local barbecue to sample. A 100-mile cycle ride, 5k, and classic car show are also Festival events.
