A new pizza joint has recently opened in Columbia.
Located inside the Factory at Columbia, 101 N James M Campbell Boulevard in Suite 11, the business opened on Tuesday, October 4th.
Owner Brian Coil shared in a video with Factory at Columbia, he’s lived in the area for the last 25 years and wanted to bring a Chicago-style pizza to Tennessee. However, it’s not what you think – as he shares, it’s a tavern-style thin crust pizza, not the deep dish often associated with Chicago pizza.
The soft opening menu shows eight inch pizzas with cheese pizza or you can add toppings. There is also a list of speciality pizzas from meat lovers topped with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham and ground beef. One of the specialty pizzas is called C&S, topped with ham, bacon, green pepper, and pineapple.
In addition to pizza, they offer a salad with a variety of dressing offerings.
