The City of Columbia is pleased to announce Kelli Johnson as the December Employee of the Month.
About the Kelli, the City says: “Kelli Johnson serves as the Main Street Manager for the City of Columbia. She consistently gives her best each day in service to the community and downtown businesses. Recently, Kelli went above and beyond through the creation and implementation of the Junior Main Street program. This innovative initiative pairs local high school students with downtown Columbia businesses to assist with marketing efforts, while also providing students with hands-on experience in community engagement. Participants take the lead in creating and managing a downtown event and generously volunteer their time to support signature events such as First Fridays and the Christmas Parade.”
