The City of Columbia has named Jamie Beard as its Employee of the Month. Beard serves as the Maintenance Crew Leader for the Parks & Recreation Department, where she plays a key role in keeping the city’s parks and recreation facilities in top condition.
Known for her positive attitude and commitment to excellence, Beard applies her knowledge and experience to every project. City officials said she also stands out for her strong customer service, maintaining friendly communication with residents and ensuring the community stays informed and engaged.
