The City of Columbia dedicated and renamed the Fairview Recreation Center to the Dr. Christa S. Martin Community Center last week.
Dr. Christa S. Martin served the City of Columbia for 30 years. She was elected as 3rd Ward Councilwoman in 1992 and elected as Vice-Mayor in November 2014.
The City is recognizing her accomplishments and contributions to Columbia for the past 30 years of dedicated service and leadership.
