The City of Columbia has announced Captain Will Craft as the April Employee of the Month!
Captain Craft has been with the City and a member of the Columbia Fire & Rescue, Tennessee Department for over 18 years. He consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication, leadership, and initiative within the department. During the absence of the Training Chief, Captain Craft has been a major asset with his assistance in ensuring the training programs continue seamlessly. He has taken the initiative to develop and deliver training classes for members and neighboring departments. His efforts enhance the skills, knowledge, collaboration, and mutual support among regional emergency response teams.
“Beyond his official duties, Captain Craft consistently maintains a positive attitude and approachable demeanor. His enthusiasm and optimism are contagious, contributing to a positive work environment. The City is grateful to have him as an employee,” the City of Columbia said.
