Ready to take the first steps toward your 5K? Join Columbia Parks and Rec for guided group training.

They meet every Wednesday from 9:15AM – 10:00AM at the Farmer’s Market Pavilion for a “Couch to 5K” program. Whether you’re brand new to running or looking for a little motivation, these sessions will help you build stamina, confidence, and community along the way.

This program is FREE and open to all fitness levels—come move at your own pace and enjoy the journey from couch to 5K with friends by your side!
