Officer Jacob Neri was named officer of the month for March 2025!
During the month of March Officer Neri was dispatched to an address to serve an out-of-state warrant on a felony offender for theft. While at the residence, Officer Neri was told that the offender was not there. Officer Neri was given consent to search the residence to verify the felony offender was not inside. During the search Officer Neri observed in plain view items that had been reported stolen out of Alabama, which resulted in further investigation and a warrant being obtained. Upon the search warrant being served, hundreds of stolen tools, guns, and other items were recovered.
Officer Neri’s efforts in this investigation exemplify his hard work and dedication. His investigation led to a very positive outcome.
