The City of Columbia is proud to announce the appointment of Public Works Director Jeff DeWire to the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Recycling Coalition (TRC) for the 2025–2026 term.
DeWire joins a statewide group of leaders committed to advancing the mission of the Tennessee Recycling Coalition, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting recycling, reducing waste, and supporting sustainability efforts across all 95 Tennessee counties. TRC’s membership includes public agencies, private businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and individuals working collaboratively to enhance recycling education and infrastructure throughout the state.
Through his board service, DeWire will contribute to TRC’s ongoing efforts to provide educational resources, professional development, and networking opportunities that support environmentally responsible waste management practices.
