Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum has added four new team members as preparations continue for the museum’s opening this fall in Nashville. More Entertainment News
Dustin Shetley and Meg Harkins have joined as Guest Experience Managers, Steven Hart has been named Financial Analyst, and Pam Alterio will serve as Operations Coordinator. The new hires will support the continued development of the highly anticipated attraction and help shape the guest experience ahead of opening day.
Shetley will oversee retail operations, with a focus on team development and customer service. He brings 18 years of retail leadership experience and grew up in East Tennessee visiting Dollywood with his family.
Harkins will lead guest services and hospitality. A Georgia native, she has spent eight years working in museums and cultural institutions, including serving as a tour guide and museum manager at the Ryman Auditorium after moving to Nashville.
Hart will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analytics for the museum’s ticketing, retail and special events operations. He brings more than a decade of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
Alterio joins the museum with more than 20 years of administrative and operational experience in the entertainment and hospitality industries. In her new role, she will support daily operations and help create a welcoming experience for visitors.
Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum is expected to open this fall, offering guests an immersive look at the stories, music, memories and milestones that have shaped Dolly Parton’s life and career.
