David M. Baker, a pastor and former Maury County Mayoral candidate, now faces charges of aggravated sexual battery after he was arrested Tuesday, WSMV reports.
The Maury County Sheriff’s Office did not provided additional details about his arrest.
Baker was released on a $200,000 bond around 3 a.m. Wednesday.
Baker serves as the pastor of Family Baptist Church in Columbia and is also the president of Independent Baptist Online College.
