Firefighters in Maury County responded to a house fire Friday evening that left a home heavily damaged in the Culleoka area.
According to the Maury County Fire Department, crews were dispatched at 7:23 p.m. on March 6 to a reported structure fire on Baptist Church Road. Multiple 911 calls were received from neighbors and residents in the Glencoe Subdivision reporting a large fire.
Responding units included Engines 21, 23, and 30, Rescue 21, Tankers 23 and 32, and Support 20.
When firefighters arrived, they found the home about 60% to 70% involved in flames. Crews quickly knocked down the fire at the front of the house before advancing inside with two hand lines to fully extinguish the blaze.
Firefighters conducted a search of the home, which came back negative, and officials reported no civilian injuries.
