1Second Saturday at The Factory

The Factory, 101 N James Campbell Pkwy, Columbia

Each month, The Factory hosts Second Saturday, an opportunity to enjoy the Factory’s vendors, check out local food trucks and listen to live music. Plus, there will be a dog adoption event!

2Country Dance Night at The Mulehouse

The Mulehouse
812 S. High St, Columbia

Learn the latest new line dances as well as the ones we’ve known for years! The Urban Cowboy Line Dancers are your instructors and they know how to create a fun evening of learning, dancing and having a great time!

Doors open at 7:00pm and the event gets started between 7:30-7:45pm.

Grab your friends and come to the Mulehouse for Country Dance Night!

Monday – Thursday: Gates Open at 6:00 pm
Building Hours: 6:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m.
Midway: Closes at 11:00 p.m.

Friday: Gate Open at 6:00 pm
Building Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Midway: Closes at Midnight

Saturday: Gates Open at 10:00 am
Building Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Midway: Closes at Midnight

Sunday: Gates Open at Noon
Building Hours: 12:00 noon – 10:00 p.m.
Midway: Closes at 11:00 p.m.

The Williamson County Fair is underway with music, rides, and of course fair food.

4Teddy Bear Clinic

Saturday, August 12, 3pm – 5pm
Riverwalk Park, 102 Riverside Drive, Columbia

Bring your child’s “stuffy” come on down for their annual check-up. There will be teddy bear doctors there that will make sure your favorite stuffed friend is healthy.

Afterward you can bring your friend to the “salon” where you can tidy them up.
Also, Maury Regional Mobile unit will be there and anyone that visits for a brief vitals check will get a free teddy bear while supplies last.

5Ghostlight Books – Book Sale

& Sunday, August 13, 10am – 4pm

Ghostlight Books is making space for an additional room of books, space for teens to hang out and small meetings, and getting its Arts classroom ready for fall classes! Stop by and help them empty extra boxes!

Sale books available for $5 per bag (they will provide or $2 per pound, whichever you prefer). A large mix of all types, especially curriculum, Christian titles, sports, personal growth & health, romance and fiction. Also LOTS of free kids books! Some textbooks or older mass market titles great for crafting with books.

The sale is happening in the back room, and weather permitting on the back porch. Hours are 10a-6p Friday & Saturday and 10a-4p Sunday!

Sale items cannot be purchased using trade credit or gift cards.
