1A Worthy Cause Community Field Day

Saturday, May 12, 2pm – 6pm
Riverwalk Park

This event is a perfect way for you, your family, & friends to get outside, be active, and connect with the community. The goal of this event is to get the community together and be active, as well as, raise awareness about mindfulness, nutrition, and movement. There will be organized, team-oriented games that will be played for a CASH prize.

Games will consist of a three-legged race, puzzle relay, tricycle relay race, PIG basketball game called (MULE), tug of war, and bocce ball as the finale. There will also be a DJ playing music throughout the event. Younger kids can enjoy a  Kid’s Zone. And there will also be fun games outside of the event games that anyone can participate in such as a dunk tank, corn hole, sidewalk chalk, etc. The top pavilion (Farmers Market Pavilion) will be used to organize mini workouts and yoga classes put on by F3 Muletown, Lifted Up Yoga, and Exhale throughout the event.

Food will be available from local food trucks: Take Flight, Hen House, Ollie & Finns, and Kona Ice.

3Renaissance Festival

(takes place every weekend in May + Memorial Day)

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department (WCPR) proudly presents the 37th Annual Tennessee Renaissance Festival May 6-29, 2023.

Travel back to 16th Century England where the Village of Covington Glen comes alive with the bustle of a Renaissance Marketplace. Artisans from all over the country display their wares from silks and swords; to jewels and unique forms of art.
