Come out this Saturday for some flea market style fun in the parking lot at the corner of Woodland and E. 7th St.! Live music, food trucks, and lots of antiques! Bring the gang for this free event! Come early and see some great classic cars across the street at Columbia Cars and Coffee the same day from 7:00-10:00am.

2Pumpkin Festival

Magnolia & Vine Event Venue

Join Magnolia & Vine for their first annual Pumpkin Festival this Saturday! Face painting, live music, food trucks, vendors, pumpkin patch, pumpkin decorating contest, and specialty cocktails. Children 10 and under are free. Tickets are $15 and include admission, a refillable souvenir cup, and some games. Enter the pumpkin decorating contest for a chance to win tickets to their Hillaween Ball or $50! Pick a pumpkin in their patch to take home! Free mini pumpkin with any food donation to The Well pantry. The event is rain or shine. There is a tent outside in case of inclement weather.

3Superhero Party

aMuse’um Columbia Children’s Museum

Calling all Superheroes, get here in a flash! aMuse’um is throwing a Superhero Bash! This Sunday, children will enjoy games, interaction with some of their favorite superheroes along with superhero snacks and museum play. Children are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite superhero! Only children require a ticket.

4Scarecrow Century

Mt. Pleasant Middle School of the Visual & Performing Arts

Absolutely the best bicycling routes anywhere: Southern middle Tennessee is beautiful and Scarecrow Century knows where to take you to show it to you. The roads are pristine and scenic, and the traffic is very minimal. The longer routes visit the quaint towns of Lynnville and Ethridge (Amish homestead). The fall colors will just be starting and the farmlands are absolutely beautiful. Choose from a 45, 70 and 100-mile route. Weather permitting, for COVID prevention, participants will register and eat outdoors. Snack foods on the course will be mostly prepackaged.

5Movie Night

Heritage Bank Mt. Pleasant

Get ready for Movie Night in Mt. Pleasant! The Mt. Pleasant Branch of Heritage Bank will be showing “Scooby Doo – Music of the Vampire” this Friday at 7:30pm. This will be following the pep rally on the square. Popcorn and candy will be provided. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and join the community for a night of fun!
