The Columbia Police Department is trying to locate 14 year old runaway juvenile Zachary Summers.
Zachary was last seen this morning in the area of E. 12th St. wearing black pants, black and red shoes , and a yellow long sleeve shirt. Zachary is 5’ 9” tall weighing 120 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
