Baby Kailani Adele Patton passed peacefully and was cherished in the arms of her family on December 4th, 2021.
She blessed her parents when they finally met them earthside at 5:23 AM and went on to be with Jesus.
Kailani Adele was the beautiful daughter of Ladontay Patton and Haley Short.
She had a whole new family waiting to meet her but now they all have a beautiful guardian angel that watches over them. Kailani is survived by her grandmothers: Diane Hardzog and Judy Patton; grandfathers: Andrew Bannister, Larry Patton, and Seddrick Banks; great-grandparents: Mary Parsons, Wendy, and Greg Bannister; uncles: Dayton Short (Tikzyha), Quintarius Dawson, and Key Dickerson, Charles Oden; aunts: Becky Hardzog, Kathy Oden, Tameca Patton, and Moesha Patton; cousins: Kingston Short and Kayden Lott; and many, many more family members.
Kailani gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth.
A service of Remembrance for Kailani Adele will be held Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 1:00 PM. To follow, Kailani will be laid to rest in the Garden of Angels at Polk Memorial Gardens.
