Bobby Keith “Huggo” Huckaby 58, a resident of Pulaski, died Thursday, December 22, 2022, at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 1:00 P.M at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com.
Bobby was born January 27, 1964, in Maury County, he was the son of the late Bobby Lee Huckaby and the late Carolyn Faye Woody Huckaby. He served in the United States Army and was a carpenter for Southern Restoration. He was married to Tammy Lorene Peters Huckaby. He loved fishing, watching football, eating chocolate pie, listening to music, and riding in the car for long road trips.
In addition to his wife, Tammy Lorene Peters Huckaby, he is survived by his children, Joseph Peters and Steve Shelden; nine grandchildren; sister, Teresa Huckaby; brothers, Tim Huckaby, and Johnny (Pam) Huckaby; nephews, Jared (Denise) Eddlemon, Jordan Schak, Brian (Jacklyn) Huckaby, and Austin Peter; and brother-in-law, Jeff (Shawna) Peters.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Helen and Charles Peters.
Active pallbearers will be his friends and family.
