Cody Daniel Alberts, age 33, a resident of Culleoka, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 22, 2024, at his residence.
Born on February 21, 1991, in Nashville, Tennessee, Cody was the son of Hank Alberts and the late Lisa Dawson Alberts.
Cody was passionate about motocross and loved riding motorcycles, a hobby he cherished for many years. In his youth, he enjoyed hunting, going to the river, outdoor activities, and playing baseball. Over the past decade, Cody built a successful career in the paving industry, contributing his skills at Rose Paving, Crofton Paving, and Advance Paving. Known for his bright, contagious smile, Cody was a natural jokester who brought laughter to those around him.
He is survived by his father, Hank (Lorenza Hanvy) Alberts, brothers, Zachary (Khrystyna Smith) Alberts, Wesley (Kristin) Alberts, grandparents, Bill & Susan Dawson, nieces, Emma Smith, Harper Alberts, nephew, Carson Alberts, girlfriend, Cassie Mullis, beloved dog, Luna, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry & Sarah Alberts and Norma Dawson.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bro. David Buffaloe officiating. A visitation will also be held on Tuesday, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. https://www.tnfunerals.com
