Danny Frederick Tribble, age 69, resident of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 6th at 2:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home with Josh McCord officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, Alabama. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 12:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Danny was born in Athens, Alabama, and was the son of the late Ford Hightower Tribble and the late Ruby Jewel Chambers Tribble. He was of the Church of Christ faith and enjoyed working as a repairman on sewing machines. He was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Rachel Sylvester Tribble of Columbia; brother, Jeff Porkney of AL; and sister, Nannette Ingle of AL.
Pallbearers will be Stanley Sylvester, Nathan Ingle, Eddie Judkins, Andrew Midget, David Ortiz, and Pepe Ortiz. Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Williams, Barry Goad, and Chris White.
