Mr. Delmar Marshall Sullivan, age 76, and a resident of Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Poplar Estates.
Born on July 30, 1946, in Williamson County, Tennessee, Marshall was the son of the late William Glen Sullivan, Sr., and the late Mary Ethel McCoy Sullivan.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was retired from the maintenance department for Williamson County School System. Marshall enjoyed gardening and farming, especially driving his tractor.
Marshall is survived by his sons, James (Melody) Sullivan of Spring Hill, Joseph (Angelina) Sullivan of Hohenwald, daughters, Shelly (Doug) Taylor of Dickson and Elaine (Bobby) Reed of Bethesda, brothers, Marvin (Barbara) Sullivan of Triune, Tandy (Michele) Sullivan of Franklin, and Thomas (Dana) Sullivan of Franklin, and sister, Peggy Sullivan of Franklin, twelve grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren,
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, William Sullivan, James Sullivan and Jerry Sullivan.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Johnny Webb officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. https://www.tnfunerals.com
