Donna Lynn Wylie, born on February 8, 1966, in Cumberland County, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 26, 2022, after a battle with cancer.
She was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of TLC Church in Columbia. She had a caring heart and would help anyone in need.
She is survived by her husband, William Thomas Wylie of Columbia, TN, son, Mitchel (Kristina) Wylie of Walnut, MS, mother in law, Carolyn Hughes Wylie of Columbia, TN, sister, Karissa Cartret of Summertown, TN, brother, Garland Jay Cartret of Manchester, TN, and grandchildren, William Paul Chapman of Hampshire, TN, Ashland Jones of Alabama, Ethan Buchner of North Carolina, Jacob Buchner of Santa Fe, TN, Maddox Wylie of Mississippi, and Amelia Wylie of Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Carolyn Roberts Cartret, father-in-law, William Mark Wylie, daughters, Sara Ellen Jones and Sammy Jo Buchner, and son-in-law, David Irving Jones, Jr.
At Donna’s request, there will be no service held except for a private visitation with immediate family only. In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Donna Wylie Memorial Fund, c/o Heritage Funeral Home, 609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401.
