Ernest Harold Mitchell, age 79, passed away on January 26, 2022 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Harold was born on October 7, 1942 in Franklin, Tennessee to the late Charles and Jewel Mitchell.
Harold was a quiet and loving man. He cared for everyone he ever met and would do anything for anyone. He loved to joke and have fun. He would light up every room he would enter with his big smile and beautiful blue eyes.
Harold was a faithful member of the Columbia Freewill Baptist Church. He would always be there as much as he possibly could be. He was an important member of the church.
Harold loved his family, especially his dog Zaley. He will be missed by his friends and family. They will always remember him by “One of the Good Ones.”
Harold is survived by his daughter Jackie Mitchell, grandson Avory Hicks, granddaughter Brianna Mitchell and great-granddaughter Naria Sparkman, brother Hubert Mitchell, sisters Lucinda Williams and Peggy Cook, along with many friends, coworkers, and fellow church members who were close to him.
Harold is proceeded by his parents and the love of his life Margaret Mitchell.
