Esteleane Steward Lewis, age 77, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday morning, February 11, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A private graveside service was held at Akin Ridge Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
Esteleane was born on July 26, 1944, in Columbia and was the daughter of the late John Will Steward and the late Estelle Kelley Steward.
She is survived by her sons Tim Hill of Culleoka, Anthony Hill of Cornersville, Zachary Hill of Mt. Pleasant, brothers, J.W. Steward of Santa Fe, Byron Steward of Water Valley, Joe Steward of Columbia, sisters, Sarah Mercer of Columbia, Tina McKennon of Santa Fe, Darlene Gregory of Nashville, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Lewis, and son, Patrick Wade Hill on January 7, 2020.
