Harold Raymond Ferguson, age 71, passed away peacefully at his home, on Sunday, August 4th, 2024 while surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Harold was born in Flint, Michigan, June 25th, 1953.
While attending Flint Central High School he became an Eagle Scout. He started his career with GM in 1976 at Fischer Body in Flint. In 1987 he transferred to the Saturn Plant in Spring Hill, TN. In 2019 he finished his career at GM with 43 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family, watching his favorite sports teams, and vacationing at Beaver Lake.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; sons, Christopher (Lindsey), Adam (Stephanie Ramon), Jonathan; mother, Marcia; sister, Sharon (Bill) Mortimer; brother-in-law Ron (Terri) Hughes; grandchildren, Anna, Emery, Gracelynn, and William; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by special friends, Bill and Debbie Doute and Dan and Patti Idalski. He was preceded in death by his father, Edmund; brother, Bruce; and grandson, Zachary.
Visitation will be held at 11:30 AM Sunday, August 25, 2024 at Grand Blanc United Methodist Church, 515 Bush Ave., Grand Blanc, Michigan followed by a Memorial Service at 12:30 PM with Pastor Brian West officiating. https://www.oakesandnichols.com
