Jesus Manuel Itehua-Gomez, age 18, a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, after an extended battle with cancer.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A total of three funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, the first beginning at 12:00 PM, the second service will begin at 1:00 PM, and the third service will be held at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at 4:00 PM on Thursday at Maury Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Resurrection. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Jesus was born on August 8, 2003, in Columbia, Tennessee, and was the son of Narciso Itehua (Guadalupe Roman) and the late Inez Gomez.
He was currently in his senior year of high school at Brentwood High School. He loved playing video games, enjoyed fishing, and loved his beloved dog, Raven.
In addition to his father and stepmother, he is survived by his brothers, Narciso Itehua-Gomez, Alejandro Itehua-Gomez, sisters, Lisset Itehua-Roman, Jannely Itethua-Gomez, aunts, Viviana Gamboa, Julia Garcia, Martha Gonzalez, cousin, Mariceli Rangel, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister Alejandra Gomez, and grandparents, Antolina Rico and Pedro Gonzalez.
