Miss Judy Kay Liggett, 79, resident of Columbia, Tennessee died on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Born on May 24, 1942 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Julian Liggett and the late Anne Ruth McCarley Liggett.
Miss Liggett loved traveling, going on trips with her friends, and was an avid Elvis fan. She was a member of Berea Church of Christ.
Survivors include her extended family, Neslie, Brad & Sydny Brandon and Tracy & Shaw Daniels.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mack Liggett, and sister-in-law, Betty Liggett.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Mt. Pleasant Health & Rehab and IOI of Columbia.
Funeral services for Miss Liggett will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brad Brandon officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. The family will visit friends Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Brad Brandon, Shaw Daniels, and Randy Fulton.
