Paige Michelle Merritt, age 56, resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025 at her residence.
Born on September 13, 1968, in Atlanta, Georgia, Paige was the daughter of the late Carl Merritt and the late Gilda McIntosh Merritt.
A gifted musician, Paige had a passion for music and was talented in playing multiple instruments and singing.
She was known for her sharp wit, quick comebacks, and a wonderfully quirky sense of humor that brought laughter to those around her.
She is survived by her beloved daughters, Neva O’Neal of Murfreesboro and Brittney Mitchell of Mt. Pleasant; her devoted sisters, Stacy Merritt and Tammy Merritt; and her cherished grandchildren, Joshua Mitchell, Kellee Mitchell, Trentyn Woodard, Kenndyl Woodard, and Lennox O’Neal.
