Patricia Ann Chapman of the Sandy Hook community in Mt. Pleasant, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 4, 2022.

She was born at home in the small community of Hampshire, TN on February 21, 1948, to the late Clarence and Allie McNabb.

Ann was a great Christian woman that loved her family and friends dearly and never met a stranger. Her sunset was on March 4, 2022, she was surrounded by her loved ones. Ann enjoyed spending her days with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends. Ann loved sewing, fishing, gardening, taking care of others, and cooking her famous hamburgers and potato salad.

Ann married the love of her life of 53 years Grover Chapman only after knowing him for five weeks, in addition to leaving behind her devoted loving husband, she also left her loving children: Trudy (Jason) Bentley of Archbold, OH, Angela (Jason) Cummins, Matthew Chapman; stepdaughter: Emily (Billy) Beard all of Mt. Pleasant, TN; Stella Hudson of Texas; Ann also had five extra daughters from the recent passing of her sister Peggy, she adopted as her own; brothers: Freddie (Maggie) McNabb of Hohenwald, TN, Joe (Mary Jane) McNabb of Hampshire, TN; sister: Stella Runions of Mt. Pleasant, TN; she also left behind several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents Clarence and Allie McNabb. Ann was preceded in death by stepdaughter: Robin Chapman; brothers: Elmer McNabb, Carl McNabb, Thomas McNabb; sister: Peggy McNabb; infant siblings: Billy and Ruth McNabb.

Her family will be meeting with friends and family on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Service will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Keith Mathney officiating. https://www.williamsfh.com Ann will be laid to rest at Pisgah Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include: Shaun Lituanas, Justin Bentley, Williams Lalik, Jason Vaughn, Josh Vaughn, and Jason Bentley

Honorary pallbearers will include members of Halls Chapel Church of Christ, family, and friends.

The family would like to send a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Compassus Hospice Care for taking such great care of Ann in her time of need.
