Raymond Dupuis, 64, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Raymond made Columbia his home in 2006.
A hardworking and dedicated entrepreneur, he ran his own cleaning service since 2010, building lasting relationships through his reliability, kindness, and strong work ethic.
Raymond had a deep love for travel, often seeking out new places and experiences that brought him joy and perspective. He was also a talented hockey player and remained passionate about the game throughout his life, enjoying both playing and following the sport.
He enjoyed dancing whenever he could and would spend as much time in the water as he could. He also had a beloved furbaby Chloe who was his best friend.
Those who knew Raymond will remember his big heart, warm demeanor, and the genuine care he extended to everyone he met. He was often described simply—and affectionately—as a very nice person.
He is survived by his three beloved children, Krista, Darrel, and Danielle, as well as his devoted partner of 18 years, Travis Smith, 14 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Margaret Dupuis.
Raymond’s legacy of kindness, passion, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
A celebration of life for Raymond will be Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee. Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences can be given to the family at their website.
