Tyson Jermaine Jackson, age 32, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, at Jackson General Hospital.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 6:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Saturday from 5:00 – 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on January 16, 1989, in Anderson, Indiana, Tyson was the son of Peggy Marie Jackson and the late Darrell Bell Graves. He enjoyed playing basketball and football and loved writing and making music.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Mykel Jackson of Columbia, TN, Tyberious Carter of Columbia, TN, Antonio Skinner of Anderson, TN, Corey Walker of Columbia, TN, sisters, Lateisha Brown of Columbia, TN, Masheka Walker of Columbia, TN, niece, Maliri Brown, nephew, Davion Brown, aunt, Barbara Graves, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Alphonzo Graves and Gary Jackson, and grandparents, Rebecca Graves and George Graves and Shirley Graves.
