William Darrell Lovett, age 53, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Darrell was born August 8, 1968, to the late James William and Linda Faye “Conner” Lovett in Maury County, Tennessee.
Darrell loved to go dancing every weekend, grilling and cooking for his family and friends, and helping others. He adored his furbabies: Gizmo, Jazzy, and Bebe.
Darrell spent 25 years working in the walking horse industry. He also pursued other jobs such as construction and truck driving.
Darrell leaves behind his loving wife of 14 years: Rita Duarte Jenkins Lovett; children: Christina Jenkins, Ashley (Trevor) Wellisley, Kimberly (Caleb) Bailey, and Cody Lovett; grandchildren: Evan Jenkins, Ava Jenkins, Maddie Bailey, and Cameron Lovett; brothers: James Lovett and Billy (Lois) Lovett; special friends: Dewayne Sullivan; cousin who was more like a sister: Donna Farris; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Darrell is preceded in death by his parents.
