William “Bill” McCarty II, age 70, passed away Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 in Columbia, Tennessee.
Bill was born November 15th, 1951, to the late William McCarty, Sr., and Marjorie McCarty in Tulia, Texas.
Bill was a man that enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved his wife of 49 years, Jo Ann Rust, and his furry sidekick, Bentley. He loved to relax on the boat and people watch. Bill also enjoyed being right all the time.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Jo Ann Rust McCarty; his two children: Kelli Wall and Daniel McCarty; four grandkids: Spencer McCarty, Danielle McCarty, ReAnn Nowlin, and Dustin Wall; two great-grandkids: Amelia McCarty and Harrison Nowlin; sister: Jan Segler.
