May 9, 2024 – At approximately 3:30 AM on Thursday, May 9, 2024 a fuel tanker overturned resulting in a hazardous materials spill, dumping nearly 4,000 gallons of fuel onto Nashville Highway.
The driver of the tanker was transported, treated and released in stable condition. Both lanes are currently blocked at this time while first responding crews work diligently to clear the scene.
