You can now report a pothole to the City of Columbia online at this link: https://www.columbiatn.gov/481/Streets-Maintenance.
To report a pothole for repair, you can either fill out an online Maintenance Request form, or call the city office at 931-388-8650.
Be sure to note the exact location, including the street name, landmarks, and any nearby cross streets.
