Maury County Parks & Recreation will celebrate the grand opening of Sweetwater Park on Saturday, July 25, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community celebration.
The event begins at 9 a.m. at the new park located at 2420 Mooresville Pike in Culleoka. The morning will include a park dedication, welcome ceremony, snow cones from Kona Ice, face painting, balloon animals, and free coffee and water while supplies last. The Culleoka Community Club will also serve hot dogs beginning at 11 a.m.
Residents and visitors are invited to attend the celebration and be among the first to explore Maury County’s newest park.
