The City of Columbia is proud to announce Tara Ferry as the August Employee of the Month. Tara has been with the City for one year and is the HR Generalist in the Human Resources Department.
Tara does a fantastic job assisting employees with all HR needs! Tara recently assisted a city employee with their retirement plan, making the process very easy and successful. Tara is a ray of positivity, always has a smile on her face, and makes you feel welcome the moment you meet her. She consistently goes above and beyond in anything she is tasked with and is a great asset to the City of Columbia.
