The National Weather Service has placed Western Tennessee under the thunderstorm risk this evening.
This means that Tennessee may have the chance for some thunderstorms to move through the region and some may be severe.
The Thunderstorm Risk is your usual thunderstorms, but as we advance up the scale to the Marginal or Slight Risks, that is prone to more rain, high winds and potential hail.
For tomorrow, Tennessee will be in those risk categories so please stay weather aware throughout the next two days.
