Sunday, January 28, 2024
12pm – 4:30pm
4863 Joe Peay Rd

Have you watched Critical Role and thought that playing D&D looked fun? Did you play D&D when you were in school, and miss the experience now? Have you always wanted to play D&D, but never knew how?

The Outcast Adventurers Guild is hosting some old school D&D action in a campaign called Chronicles of Urthwood: Riddle of the Fifth Tome.

This is open to everyone, and you don’t have to have any experience playing D&D to participate. Anyone from 18 to 100 years of age is welcome! All you need to bring is yourself and a good attitude. Dice, paper, and pencils will be available for use and there will be a selection of snacks and drinks available.

The group will use first edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. This version is fully compatible with the retro-clone rules OSRIC, which is downloadable for free at

If you’re used to the newer versions of D&D (3rd Edition and later), this will be a little bit different. Check out a free download at
