Aaron Colby Schotsch, a loving and spirited individual, passed away on April 28, 2025, one day shy of his 57th birthday, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

He was born to James George and Juanita Jane Schotsch on April 29, 1968, and his life was a testament to the power of kindness, dedication, and the joy of giving back to his community.

Aaron is survived by his parents and daughters Kalee Jane Schotsch, Alyissa Autumn Schotsch (h. Benjamin Rush Edwards), and granddaughter Aurora Jane Schotsch. Aaron was a dear friend to many, including his very close friends Felix and Kristen Gomez and their family, who held a special place in his heart and longtime friends Donny Dixon and Joe Ballard. He navigated life with a genuine warmth that drew people to him, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He spent many successful years as a roofing salesman, where his charismatic personality earned him respect and friendship amongst colleagues and clients alike. His work was more than a career; it was an opportunity for him to connect with others and make a positive impact every day. Beyond his professional endeavors, Aaron’s true passion lay in his involvement with the Children’s Rescue Mission, where he dedicated countless hours mentoring and caring for children. He was a light of hope and a role model for many young lives, guiding them with patience and an open heart. Aaron’s commitment to these children went beyond mere responsibility; it was a reflection of his profound belief in the power of nurturing and support.

An avid fan of the University of Kentucky games, Aaron’s enthusiasm was infectious, and he often shared this joy with friends and family. His love for his favorite team was paralleled only by his love for scripture readings, which provided him with solace and guidance. Aaron’s faith was a cornerstone of his life, offering him strength and shaping the kind and spirited man he was.

In honoring Aaron’s wishes, cremation will take place with no services. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements. https://www.adairfuneralservices.com
