Mrs. Betty Carol Chapman Cross, 57, resident of Crossville, Tennessee, died Friday, July 16, 2021 at Park West Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Keaton Paul officiating. Burial will follow in Santa Fe Cemetery. The family will visit with friends after 12:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Born February 21, 1964 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley Chapman and the late Mary Jane Musgrove. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, taking care of flowers, gardening, cooking, knitting, going to yard sales, fishing, cats, dogs, and traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains. Mrs. Cross of was Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Cross of Crossville; son, Jacob Lasaro Mayberry of Crossville; grandchildren, Ashlinn, Ivy Rain, Mia; sisters, Sandra Joyce (Zack) Yusupov; Jane Arnold; brothers, Donnie (Darlene) Chapman, Dannie (Kathy) Chapman, Johnny (Sharon) Chapman; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Donnie Clay Chapman, Jr.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
