Mrs. Cathy Lynn Allen passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022, in Columbia, Tennessee, she was 56 years old.
Cathy was born on July 8, 1965, to her late parents, Dave Rolland and Stella Louise Hager in Louisville, Kentucky.
Cathy was a woman that loved and enjoyed all the simple pleasures of life. When it came to being outdoors, she loved to soak in the scenery when she was fishing and camping; watching the waters ripple and catching the morning sunrise after spending a night underneath the trees and stars. Cathy has a big heart for animals, especially her pup, Bella, who she would spoil just like her own child. Not only did the outdoors bring her joy, but Cathy was very artistically inclined. She enjoyed drawing, coloring, and being crafty.
Above all, her loving and caring spirit will be missed the most.
Cathy is survived by her son: Tim Swartz; loving husband: Greg Swartz; grandchildren: Shane Patton, Kayden Swartz, Jeremy Fox, Delia Fox, Ariel Fox, Carmen Fox, Kyleigh Mandrell, Jordan Swartz; great-grandchildren: Austyn Elizabeth Jena; siblings: James French, Gilbert Elder, Tammy Gray; niece: Kristina Kindoll; and nephew: Randall Kindoll.
She is preceded in death by her beloved son: Chris Swartz; niece: Kimberly Kindoll; brothers: Larry Elder, Grandville Raymond; and sister: Tina Louise French.
The family will receive friends and visitors on Thursday, March 17, 2022, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Funeral service for Cathy will commence at 2:00 PM. To follow, she will be laid to rest in the Garden of Peace at Polk Memorial Gardens.
