David Threet, age 69, passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center, on Sunday, October 24, 2021.
David was born on October 22, 1952, in Florence, Alabama to the late Howard and Helen “Rickard” Threet.
David served time in the United States Air Force. He studied at UAB where he received his Master’s degree. He continued to further his education for many more years. For the last 16 years, before his retirement, he worked for Williamson Medical Center, as a nurse anesthetist.
David was an avid outdoorsman. He liked to garden, raise cattle, and had as many hobbies as he could find. He spent so much time outside, his favorite thing to do was to flyfish. As much as he loved spending time outside there was nothing, he loved more than his family.
David is preceded in death by his parents and the love of his life, his wife, Connie.
David is survived by his three wonderful children: Kelly (Robert) Havard, Brooke (Eric) Ray, Rachel (Patrick) Hendley; grandchildren: Abigayle and Ethan Havard, Connor Ray, Blakely, and Adisyn Hendley.
