James Edward Hosse, 68, long-time Welder for Tennessee Diesel, died Friday, January 14, 2022 at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor David Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, 180 Rose Hill Cemetery Road, Pulaski, TN 38478. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Born January 23, 1953 in Davidson County, he was the son of the late Charles Samuel Hosse and the late Annie Louise Cantrell Hosse.
Mr. Hosse enjoyed riding his Harley, gardening, word searches, bowling, and especially spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Kay Green Hosse of Mt. Pleasant; children, Michelle (Christ) Sansom of Nashville; Vincent Hall of Mt. Pleasant; Christopher Scott Hall of Culleoka; Nicki Lynn (John) Luna of Culleoka; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Jack (Linda) Hosse of Nashville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, John Howard Hall; and brothers, Charles Hosse, Kenny Hosse, and Roger Hosse.
Active pallbearers will be his family and friends.
