Rosa Chavarin, age 55, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Rosa was born July 22, 1966 in C.D. Obregon, Sonora, Mexico to the late Jose Angel Chavarin and Sara Chavarin Gomez.
Rosa loved easily. She was always smiling and lifting others up. She couldn’t help it was in her nature, to take care of others and put them before herself. She worked as a CNA for over 20 years caring for those that couldn’t care for themselves.
When she wasn’t working Rosa loved listening to music and traveling, she especially enjoyed time at the beach basking in the sun and sand. She liked to take trips shopping looking for a new pair of shoes or the right purse to catch her eye. Rosa loved to take pictures of everything. Rosa wanted to capture every experience, be it food, locations, or those she was with. She was incredibly photogenic and never afraid to share her smile with the camera.
More than anything she loved her family. Her greatest joy was spending time and caring for her children and grandchildren. Rosa is deeply loved and she will be missed by all that knew her.
Rosa is survived by her daughters: Rosa Valdez and Tatiana (David Mora) Chavarin; grandchildren: Oscar Varela, Andrew Mora, Ivan Mora, and Zaira Mora; siblings: Maria Elena Verduzco, Isidro Chavarin, Robert Chavarin, Jose Chavarin, Fernando Chavarin, and Carlos Chavarin; special niece: Gladys Trejo.
Rosa is preceded in death by her daughter: Diana Crystal Escobedo.
The family will visit with friends Friday, June 3, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, TN. A celebration of life service will be held immediately following visitation at 12:00 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens in Columbia, Tennessee.
Pallbearers will be: Isidro, , Jose, Fernando, and Carlos Chavarin, Eduardo Verduzco and David Mora.
