Person of Interest in Drive-by Shootings Wanted in Mount Pleasant

September 19, 2023 – The Mount Pleasant Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Devin Edwin Rice.

Devin Edwin Rice, 26, is wanted in regards to his involvement in two drive-by shootings that occurred in the City of Mount Pleasant on March 15, 2023.
