The 2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) opens in December, and the College for TN website makes it easy to gather all the information you need.
Students and their families must complete the FAFSA form to apply for federal student aid. Many states and colleges also use that information to determine eligibility for state or school aid. Tennessee requires that students complete the FAFSA to remain eligible for the Tennessee Promise.
