Mr. Collin Wade McKennon, age 80, husband of Judy Fisher McKennon, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Nashville.
Born on March 17, 1943, in Columbia, Collin was the son of the late Odie McKennon and the late Rosie Church McKennon. He married Judy Fisher on June 23, 1967. They are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Evelyn Cook, Lucille Lanius, Dudley McKennon, Richard McKennon, Robert McKennon, Mildred Williams, John S. McKennon, and Barbara Brooks.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with the funeral service following at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Columbia with Bishop Ronnie Odom officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Lawrenceburg. Collin’s nephews will serve as pallbearers.
