The City of Columbia is inviting artists to submit their qualifications for the creation of an artistic crosswalk design in the Columbia Arts District in Columbia, Tennessee. The crosswalk design will be an integral representation of the arts and inspire further development of the arts, culture, and tourism in Columbia.

Sealed qualifications are due no later than 2:30 PM CT, Monday, November 6, 2023. Submissions may be hand delivered to the City, sent by US Mail or private courier or submitted electronically through vendor registry.
