Judy Carolyn Warrington Howell, 80, resident of Columbia, died Thursday, November 28, 2024 at NHC-Maury Regional Transitional Care Center.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Jimmy Peyton officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Online condolences may be extended at www.oakesandnichols.com.
Born June 28, 1944 in Columbia, TN, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Walter Warrington and the late Jesse Hulen Warrington. On September 9, 1967 she married Richard Howell. Judy retired as a nursing assistant from the office of Dr. Valton C. Harwell, where she had worked for twenty two years. She was a member of West Seventh Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband of 57 years, she is survived by brothers-in-law, David (Karen) Howell of Lima, Ohio and Steve (Connie) Howell of Santa Fe, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
